We post to the UK, Europe & Worldwide. See our rates table below for shipping costs.

Notes
  • The customer should not have to pay any import taxes for their purchases in UK and Europe.  If they do, please reach out to info@keadasports.com and we will sort this for you.
  • Bulkier/Heavier Items: May incur higher shipping rates to cover courier costs. Rates will be shown before payment.
  • Delivery Aim: The specified delivery times are targets, not guarantees.
Standard UK Delivery
  • Typically sent via Royal Mail, but other couriers may be used.
  • Orders over 2kg may be sent in multiple packages.
  • Delivery aim is 48 hours, but not guaranteed.
  • Refunds for late deliveries are only issued if Royal Mail declares the parcel lost (minimum two weeks).
  • Ensure someone is available to accept delivery at home/work addresses.
  • Inquiries about parcels should be made after the estimated delivery time has elapsed.
European Delivery
  • Shipped from a warehouse in Netherlands to avoid import/export tax. 
  • Orders over 2kg may be sent in multiple packages.
  • Delivery aim is 48 hours, but not guaranteed.
  • Refunds for late deliveries are only issued if the courier declares the parcel lost (minimum two weeks).
  • Ensure someone is available to accept delivery at home/work addresses.
  • Inquiries about parcels should be made after the estimated delivery time has elapsed.
  • We can't be held responsible for orders that are delivered to drop off/collection points. Please use a fixed address 
US Delivery
  • Shipped from a warehouse in Wrexham.
  •  Refunds for incurred costs are available.
  • Orders over 2kg may be sent in multiple packages.
  • Delivery aim is 72 hours, but not guaranteed.
  • Refunds for late deliveries are only issued if the courier declares the parcel lost (minimum two weeks).
  • Ensure someone is available to accept delivery at home/work addresses.
  • Inquiries about parcels should be made after the estimated delivery time has elapsed.
  • We can't be held responsible for orders that are delivered to drop off/collection points. Please use a fixed address 
Next Working Day Delivery
  • Not currently offered. Contact info@keadsports.com for faster delivery arrangements.
  • Available only for orders placed before 1pm, Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off are dispatched the next working day.
  • Delivery times are extended by 24 hours if the dispatch/delivery day is a Bank Holiday.
Additional Information
  • Customers are responsible for any costs incurred (e.g., taxes) when shipping outside Mainland UK or Europe.

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY

At this current time, we do not offer this service.  If you would like to have your order(s) delivered at a faster rate, please reach out to info@keadsports.com and we can arrange something.

Please Note: Next Working Day Delivery is only available on orders placed before 1pm, Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed after this cut off time will be dispatched the next working day. See the table below for details of when to expect your delivery.

*If the delivery or dispatch day specified is a Bank Holiday, then please allow a further 24 hours for your parcel to arrive.

If you have ordered to your home/work address, please ensure there will be someone at the address to accept the delivery. If you have ordered to a HubBox address, please ensure you collect our parcel within 14 days.
