Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Be in a resaleable condition.
• Be returned in their original packaging.
• Have all original tags attached.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, deodorant residue, perfume, sweat marks, or body odour may not be eligible for a refund.

If a returned item is deemed unsuitable for resale, Keada Sports reserves the right to refuse the refund. The item may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Return Process

• Returns and exchanges are free for customers in the UK and Europe when using our returns portal.
• Please use the returns portal and provide your order number and postcode.
• Return instructions will be sent via email.
• Once a return has been registered, items should be shipped within 7 days.

Customers Outside the UK and Europe

Customers outside the UK and Europe are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once returned items have been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Where an exchange has been requested, the replacement item will be dispatched following inspection and approval of the return.  This can take up to 14 days. If you haven't received your refund after 14 days, please reach out to info@keadasports.com

Discount Codes and Promotional Offers

If a discount code or promotional offer was applied to the original order, any refund will be adjusted to reflect the revised order value and applicable discount.

Non-Compliant Returns

Keada Sports reserves the right to refuse refunds for items returned outside the terms of this policy. Such items may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If delivery is refused or the item is returned again in a non-compliant condition, the item may be disposed of without further liability.

Additional Costs

Any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other costs incurred by Keada Sports when receiving a return from outside the UK or EU may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day period.

Returned items must be sent back without undue delay and, where possible, in their original condition. To be eligible for a full refund, items should be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This right of withdrawal is in addition to any other rights available under applicable law.
