Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Be in a resaleable condition.
• Be returned in their original packaging.
• Have all original tags attached.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, deodorant residue, perfume, sweat marks, or body odour may not be eligible for a refund.

If a returned item is deemed unsuitable for resale, Keada Sports reserves the right to refuse the refund. The item may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Purchasers that opted in for checkout+ will have free returns. Purchaser that opted out are responsible for all shipping fees for goods being returned or exchanged, including shipping fees for exchanged goods returned to purchaser. 

This applies to all customers in the UK, Europe, Canada, and US.

Customers Outside the UK, Europe, US, and Canada

Customers outside the UK, Europe, US, and Canada are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once returned items have been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Where an exchange has been requested, the replacement item will be dispatched following inspection and approval of the return.  This can take up to 14 days. If you haven't received your refund after 14 days, please reach out to info@keadasports.com

Discount Codes and Promotional Offers

If a discount code or promotional offer was applied to the original order, any refund will be adjusted to reflect the revised order value and applicable discount.

Non-Compliant Returns

Keada Sports reserves the right to refuse refunds for items returned outside the terms of this policy. Such items may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If delivery is refused or the item is returned again in a non-compliant condition, the item may be disposed of without further liability.

Additional Costs

Any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other costs incurred by Keada Sports when receiving a return from outside the UK or EU may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
