Refund policy
- Eligibility for Returns: Products can be returned within 14 days from the day of receipt if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
- Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in saleable condition, in original packaging, and with original tags in place. If we can see that the item has been worn, has come back with marks on it, we will refuse the refund. You will be entitled to receive the item(s) back, but will come at your cost.

- Email info@keadasports.com with your order number to start the return process.
- You will receive return instructions via email.
- Ship the items back within one week of approval.

- Shipping Costs: Customers that are outside of the UK and Europe are responsible for the cost of return shipping. It is recommended to use a tracked service.
- Refund/Exchange: Once the returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original form of payment, or the requested exchange item will be sent.
- Refund Adjustments: If a discount was applied to the original order, the refund amount will be adjusted to account for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
- Non-compliant Returns: The company reserves the right not to refund items returned outside the terms of the Returns Policy. Non-compliant items may be returned to the customer at their expense or disposed of if returned again or if delivery is refused.
- Costs for Receiving Returns: Any costs incurred for the company to receive the return (e.g., import taxes for returns from outside Europe and US will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Statutory Rights: This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
